FPA delivers our support services through a "Managed Service" approach proactively keeping our clients' networks up and running at optimal effectiveness and efficiency with superior network performance, security, and reliability - all at an affordable monthly fee.

Managed Services allows our clients to pay a fixed fee for the appropriate level of ongoing support services their organization needs while having access to FPA’s proven processes, procedures, systems, methodologies, and people. This includes dedicated strategic account management ensuring a proactive approach running their technology. This approach to IT support allows us to improve the overall health of our clients' networks reducing their long term costs while improving their overall productivity. This approach is the foundation of "The FPA Stack"!

Backup & Disaster Recovery Solution

FPA offers a highly reliable as well as cost effective business continuity solution for our clients. With our advanced system, you'll never have to worry about losing your information or access to your critical systems again. Our BDR solution is fast, reliable, secure, and most importantly proven in real-world situations over years of practice. It doesn't hurt that it's also cost effective. It provides backups locally, to the cloud every day, and virtualization capabilities so that if a server ever fails, you can have access to it and be back up and running within an hour or two.

Managed SonicWALL Firewall

SonicWALL firewalls are FPA's recommended network intrusion prevention system. SonicWALL firewalls are the industry gold standard for small to mid-sized businesses providing the capabilities needed and cost effectively. SonicWALL Unified Threat Management (UTM) services adds on an additional layer of comprehensive threat protection. UTM provides a needed "belt and suspenders" approach to virus and malware protection for our clients' networks from external threats. In addition, SonicWALL's VPN component is a must for our clients providing remote access into their network.

Managed ESET Antivirus

Similar to the other components of The FPA Stack, running a consistent and managed Antivirus product across our clients gives us the ability to be on top of this area of protection for all of our clients as well as being as responsive as possible when needed. Our in-house Network Operations Center (NOC) ensures that ALL of our clients' machines are covered and don't fall out of compliance. Running one solution across our clients means it's easier for us to manage and, ultimately, providing better protection for our clients.

Managed Cisco Umbrella Internet Threat Prevention

Cisco Umbrella is a cloud security platform that provides the first layer of defense against threats on the internet wherever users go. At the DNS layer and by learning from internet activity patterns, Umbrella automatically uncovers and protects our clients' networks from current and emerging threats. And because it's built into the foundation of the internet, Umbrella blocks threats before they ever reach our clients' network or endpoints. With Cisco Umbrella, our clients significantly reduce the number of ransomware infections stopping 50 to 98 percent more attacks than firewalls and antivirus alone!

This is the latest component of The FPA Stack. And while there's no way to guarantee 100% protection against ransomware, these days this layer is by far and away a recommended must for our clients.
